In case there is a Business Ownership change, meaning in case Fortuny’s business owner brings a new business partner on-board, sells part of the business or the whole business to a new owner, the active data of individuals who opted-in with their consent will stay part of the database of Fortuny and be transferred to the new owner/s. Of course, if then you would prefer to be removed, you can request such deletion from our database or simply unsubscribe from any marketing correspondence directly.
