Katerina is a business development strategist with over 12+ years of experience in business development, strategy consulting, sales, marketing and project management.

She founded Fortuny in order to focus on her passion: identifying sustainable and out-of-the-box strategies, shifting away from traditional business concepts and rather spot innovative BD solutions. At Fortuny, she mastered the in-house developed methodology of activating key business growth multipliers in order to help her clients accelerate their revenues, cut costs and optimize processes.

Leveraging her cross-industry expertise combined with Start-up, SME and Corporate experience, Katerina currently helps a variety of small to medium-sized companies across Europe.

Katerina is also a business mentor supporting start-up teams and entrepreneurs to draw a winning and scalable business development strategy while considering their limited resources at hand.
